At Anchored Soul, Co., every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care before making its way to you.

Processing:

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping is typically delivered within 2-5 business days, AFTER shipment, depending on destination and USPS processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Addresses:
Please ENSURE your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Anchored Soul, Co. is NOT responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, but will do our best to reconfirm information that may be incomplete PRIOR to shipment.

Delays:

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

At Anchored Soul, Co. we want you to love what you receive.
Because many of our pieces are thoughtfully made to order, all sales will be final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll be happy to review your request and determine the best resolution.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. (Unless damaged or not what you ordered, as stated above.)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for replacement.

  • Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    • Approved replacements are subject to product availability.

7-14 Days to Return Items

If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, and you reached out within 7 days of delivery of the item(s), please allow 2-3 business days for us to review your request. Do NOT send item(s) back unless you have received confirmation and return instructions from Anchored Soul, Co. IF you receive instructions for return, you will have 7-14 business days to return the items, and an additional 2-3 business days for your item to be received, inspected, and processed.
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take an additional 7-14 business days to appear on your original payment method. depending on your financial institution.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
